Flipper she’s a small dog but the will and heart of an elephant. She is 10 months old and she is an emotional support dog that has touched our heart. Flipper had an accident with a car and her leg is broken. After paying the original vet bills for x-rays and medication I need help to afford surgery. Any help is much appreciated.
