Tommy is a stray that was abandoned by his previous owners. From what we understand by the people on the street where he once lived, they said he was on his own for about 2 years before he showed up on our property. He was elusive a first but soon learned that we would feed him. He was not feral and stayed beyond feeding to be petted and brushed. His ears were a mess, and he looks like a Scottish fold. But he stayed with us, and we grew to love him. We trapped him and took him to our personal vet to be looked at. He needed to be neutered so we had that done and any other shots that he needed, and we took him in and isolated him for a short while from our own cats. He has since become a member of our family and gets along with our other cats. He has a favorite friend, Paul, which he looks out for. They are best buddies. We found out that his ear problems were cancer. Our own vet recommended us to a specialist at Crown Veterinary which we have been to before and trust. They recommended Ablation-Ear-Unilateral to prolong his life. Unfortunately, it is an expensive procedure, and we are looking for help to pay for it. If you can help us in any way, it would be greatly appreciated.
