Chewbacca was given up at 4 with chronic ear infections, hip dysplasia and two torn cruciates to the CNRescue and I adopted him a year later. I renamed him Seamus. His ear infections continued and many visits to the vet to try to correct this on going issue. Seamus is a kind soul, he has been plagued with this ear pain for so long. He loves walking, as best as he can, through the neighborhoods greeting all the people and dogs that enjoy his company. His ear is in such pain now that the doctor said he should definitely have his ear surgery as it will mitigate the problem.
