Leroy is our 9 year old Black lab! He broke his clip on his coller this morning and a car hit him…. they never stopped, he was found in a neighbors yard…. he has a shattered femur and need surgery asap to amputate his right leg. We have 3 children of our own and now custody of our niece and nephew. The funds are not available. We love our dog and want him home with us!!! Any help and prayer are appreciated!!!
