I am a 77 year old disabled widow on social security. I have had several traumatic events occur in the last six months. My only son and caregiver took his life August 29, 2021. I had to move out of my home due to this and now reside with my niece. The other tragedy is that my two dogs, Sissy and Joy, both have mammary tumors that the vet says I should have removed so they don’t spread into their bodies. Being disabled and on social security prevents me from being financially able to have surgery done for my dogs. They are my family and one of my reasons for living. It’s breaking my heart knowing my dogs have these tumors, and that the tumors could possibly spread, and that I don’t have the financial means to get them this surgery. Any help is appreciated.
