Hello,
I am writing in for my Dog Dodger. He is a rat terrier and about two months ago he Diagnosed with Diabetes and now has gone blind. Dodger is now afraid to walk in his back yard as he is always running in to things you still has a lot of energy and want to play but can’t. I have called around and it will cost about $5,000 for eye surgery. Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated. I do feel bad that I need to come here but it seems the only way it may get done.
