General is about 13 or 14 years old. I found him in the dollar general parking lot about 2 years ago. He has had an array of health problems and most of the time I would be able to care for him, but I’ve been out of work since January and just acquired a new job. I can’t afford to get him this treatment as soon as he needs, and my old man is uncomfortable and would like to resolve the issue as soon as possible. General has an infected tooth that needs to be extracted. Any help is appreciated. Thank you so much.
